3. Any orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are sent using UPS.Once shipped the average delivery time is estimated at 7-10 working days. Although rare, these delays can cause shipments to take several weeks before they arrive at their destination. 
4. We cannot ship Battery items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Protectorates.

1. The free has: if the battery has any quality problems within one month from the date of order placement. The buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange a free return. 
2. 1-3 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange new battery to buyer. The buyer bear the freight. 
3. 3-6 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will give the clients discount when order new lipo.
